Understanding the unique business requirements of customers within multiple industries is the top focus of my job. I coordinate and lead the entire solution cycle through close collaboration with sales, solution architects, and implementation partners. I create, develop and deliver innovative custom solutions, including solution concepts, art-of-the-possible, and complex proof-of-concepts to key decision makers to address their business issues and needs, translating/presenting those needs into a compelling vision and roadmap. As an Innovation Lead, I take initiative to imagine, design, prototype, and showcase transformational customer experiences embedding the latest emerging technologies.

Keeping the customer business-critical JD Edwards systems operational was the key responsibility of my role at Quistor. Working alongside a technical Service Desk and the Functional Consultants, I was actively monitoring the systems, reporting issues, problems and errors. During over 3 years of freelancing adventure, I worked with remote teams from different time zones on large sized projects to determine appropriate architecture and solutions and make relevant recommendations to clients. Environment

During the fall semester of 2014, I volunteered in an environmental project for WAF Awards NGO. In this project, I was responsible for the strategic consulting, including business plan and strategy development. I also help out with the brand development, website traffic growth, website UX design, SEO and healthy statistics systems. After the project ended with 180 Degrees Consulting, I continued my work directly with WAF Awards to help them prepare for an upcoming important event.
